Our Story

Founded in 2025 by Johanna Pierce, Pierce Baking Company is small-batch, home-based bakery located at the northeast corner of Fourth Avenue and Jefferson Street in historic downtown La Grange, Kentucky. We proudly serve sweet treats and artisan breads to our neighbors across Oldham County, PeWee Valley, Crestwood, Buckner, and the greater Louisville area.

We proudly use premium, non-GMO, and when possible, organic ingredients like King Arthur, Bob's Red Mill, and historic Weisenberger Mill flours to handcraft our small-batch baked goods.
