Our Story

Founded in 2025 by Johanna Pierce, Pierce Baking Company is a small-batch, home-based bakery located at the northeast corner of Fourth Avenue and Jefferson Street in downtown La Grange.

We take pride in using the finest non-GMO (and when possible, organic) ingredients we can source, including King Arthur, Bob's Red Mill, and Weisenberger Mill flours. We also use aluminum-free Rumford baking powder.
